Pretty straightforward. We’ve partnered with TeamTailor, an Applicant Tracking System, that enables easy and direct communication. The length of your interview process and the number of interviews all depend on the position and the seniority level. However, what we can promise is that we’re quick. We value your time and interest in working with us and making our hiring processes as lean as possible.

Yes, If you’re coming from outside the EU. We help with your VISA applications and all the paperwork involved.

Our core working hours are on Mondays between 09:30am and 3pm. The rest of the week from 10:00 am to 3 pm. Some roles that are external facing, e.g. Customer Support, our business hours are from 8 am to 6 pm.

At the moment, most teams work in a hybrid working model where each team comes to the office 1 day per week.
It's a great balance of work and play: collaboration and socialising with co-workers at the office balanced with more focused days of work at home (and sweatpants are just that much more comfortable, we know).

Short answer: yes, please! We love our furry friends and are happy to have them around frequently. That said, your pet has to be a good boy/girl and we have a limit of 3 dogs on the same day to still facilitate some work - cuddling is just so much fun!

This depends heavily on the team you’re working with. Our company language is English, so all company- wide meetings are held in that language. In smaller teams and/or especially the ones that are customer-facing, German is spoken more often. Don’t worry though, since we are in an international environment, we don't expect perfect language skills in English or German. What matters is that you can get your message across, all other details beyond that can be assisted through additional training.
