As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our customer relationships.
Your Future Responsibilities:
- Providing proactive support and care to our existing customers is your top priority, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identifying and developing upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Advising customers on the optimal use of our SaaS platform and product suite
- Preparation, implementation and follow-up of product presentations and product training (offline / online)
- Preparation of offers, orders and contracts for customers
- Close cross-departmental collaboration with the Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Product teams
- Administrative support in the acquisition of new customers
- Travelling to our customers (once in a while)
What You Should Bring With You:
- Completed studies or comparable training in the field of business, marketing or IT
- Experience in account management, sales or customer service, ideally in the SaaS sector
- Excellent communication, presentation and sales skillsStrong customer orientation and negotiation skills
- Independent and results-orientated way of working
- Ability to work in a team and high motivation to work in a dynamic environment
- Affinity for IT solutionsFlexibility and organisational talent
- Very good written and spoken English and German (min. C1) skills
